An essential part of a good training environment is to keep everyone updated with the latest training information. Learners need to be informed when new training resources are available.
|
|
|
|
You can keep Learners informed of the available training resources in the organisation by sending messages on how to access training courses, as well as messages about assignments and training courses that need to be completed by a specific time.
|
|
|
|
Managers need to be informed when Learners have achieved specified milestones within their training. For example a Manager may want to be notified when a Learner has completed a training course or competency test and whether they achieved a pass or fail mark.
|
|
|
|
The Messaging and Proactive Reporting module utilises its own messaging system within Armelenos. You can send messages to individual users, physical groups and virtual groups.
|
|
|
|
When you send messages they can also be mirrored to normal POP email accounts, and is a useful way of ensuring that recipients are notified as soon as possible when you have sent them a message.
|
|
|
|
The competency tests in Armelenos may contain Short Answer questions which require manual marking by their Managers. Alternatively there may be completed homework assignments from Learners that the Managers are required to read and assign a score.
|
|
|
|
When there are tests or assignments from Learners that require marking, their Manager is notified via the messaging system.
|
|
|
|
The features of the “Messaging and Proactive Reporting” module include the ability to:
- Advise Learners when new courses are available;
- Send information on how to access training courses;
- Send information on any completion dates associated with training;
- Send notification on the results of any tests;
- Notify Managers when Learners have questions that require marking;
- Notify Managers when Learners have completed tests and their results;
- Notify Managers when Learners have completed assignments;
- Send messages to individual Learners in Armelenos.
- Send messages to physical groups and virtual groups in Armelenos.
