Feedback & Survey Module
The easiest way to identify the views and opinions of the people in your organisation is to have them complete a survey. Traditionally surveys are paper based, which means that in order to obtain meaningful information from the results, someone is required to analyse the data.
For example, surveys are useful for recording the satisfaction levels on a variety of things, and provide a good feedback mechanism for measuring how the training activities you are providing are being received by Learners.
You could also use surveys to determine Learners preferred training methods such as classroom training, e-learning, individual mentoring and use the results for planning purposes.
The “Feedback and Survey” module in Armelenos allows organisations to quickly create surveys and feedback questionnaires for Learners.
The process of creating a survey involves entering the questions you want to ask, followed by the list of responses that Learners click on to answer the questions that are proposed.
The object of a good survey is to keep the questions concise as well as giving a range of answers that allow Learners to express their views of the question.
Learners are able to view all of the questions in each survey, and then enter a response that best matches their thoughts on the question.
When a Learner has completed a survey, they are not allowed to access it again, and it appears in the list with a line though it to indicate it has been completed.
If permission has been granted, the Learners can also view the current results of the survey based on the responses that have been received.
The features in the “Feedback and Survey” module include the ability to:
  • Create survey and feedback questionnaires for Learners;
  • Allow geographically remote Learners to efficiently undertake surveys;
  • Allocate surveys globally to all Learners within Armelenos;
  • Allocate surveys to groups of Learners;
  • Grant permission to Learners to view the results of the surveys;
  • Generate detailed reports of surveys, which graphically show how questions were answered by Learners.
