Training content comes in many different forms, and can be structured in various ways. For example it may be important to a users job function to read the contents of a web page or a document that you have provided to learn how to perform a specific task.

Alternatively if the information that you want to express is visual in nature, you may want to provide this as a flash file animation.

The “Document Repository” module in Armelenos provides an easy way for you to utilise the various training resources available to your organisation that you want to allocate to users.

The “Document Repository” module can utilise any training resource that can be opened via a web browser. This can be used for resources such as Word documents, PDF documents, web sites, Flash files, and PowerPoint presentations.

|
|
Examples of resources that can be accessed via the “Document Repository” module include:
- MS Word documents;
- PDF documents;
- Excel spreadsheets;
- PowerPoint presentations;
- Flash file animations;
- URL addresses for web pages that contain relevant information;
- Any other file that can be displayed through a web browser.
