Cost Analysis & Invoicing Module
Sometimes it is desirable to attribute costs to the various training activities within an organisation so you can determine the return on investment (ROI). This allows you to demonstrate the effectiveness of the training by showing the associated costs in relation to the financial outlay.
By allocating costs to training activities you are also able to generate invoices or distribute costs for training services that have been provided to other departments within your organisation, or for third party companies that you provide training services to.
The “Cost Analysis and Invoicing” module in Armelenos has been designed for organisations that wish to assign costs to their training resources, and work out a return on investment (ROI) cost of their training activities.
For example, you may wish to generate a report of the cost of your training activities for internal purposes to enable you to work out return on investment (ROI) information. This can be extremely beneficial when determining training budgets and comparing current training techniques with past training activities.
If your organisation supplies training services to third party companies and want to be able to issue monthly invoices based on the training resources they have used, this can be easily done from the data that has been collected in Armelenos.
The features in the “Cost Analysis and Invoicing” module include the ability to:
